Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in studio operations, production management, or client-service environments.
• Strong expertise in workflow, SLA delivery, quality control, and escalation management.
• Financial acumen with P&L and budget ownership.
• Experience in multi-shift or 24x7 operations.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and creative production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Operations Leadership: Manage daily studio performance, workflow, and escalation handling.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor costs, utilization, and margins.
• Coverage Expansion: Design scalable processes for extended hours.
• Client Management: Act as senior escalation point and build strong client relationships.
• Team Development: Mentor leaders, manage performance, and build a high-performing team.
