You will manage social media accounts, develop content calendars, run online campaigns, and generate qualified leasing leads while visiting properties as needed.

A proactive, self-directed communicator with a solid grasp of Canva and basic editing will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, Canva, and basic photo and video editing.
• Experience in content creation, social media management, digital advertising, or lead generation is an advantage.
• Creative, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently.
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong and Imus, Cavite, and visit properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create photos, short videos, graphics, and captions showcasing our properties, tenants, and available spaces.
• Manage social media accounts, develop content calendars, and regularly publish engaging content.
• Help plan and execute social media campaigns and online advertising to increase visibility and generate qualified leasing leads.
• Monitor and respond to online inquiries, coordinate leads with the Marketing and Leasing Lead, and track campaign results.
• Visit properties as needed to capture content and assist the Marketing and Leasing Lead with on-site activities and leasing support.
