Key responsibilities

Develop, create and produce engaging content across various digital platforms including social media, websites, blogs and marketing materials

Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies and audience preferences to inform content creation

Collaborate with marketing, sales and communications teams to align content with business goals and campaigns

Write, edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity and brand consistency

Manage content calendars and meet publication deadlines whilst maintaining quality standards

Optimise content for search engines and social media algorithms to maximise reach and engagement

Monitor content performance metrics and provide insights on audience engagement and effectiveness

Create visual content concepts and work with designers or multimedia specialists to bring ideas to life

Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends and best practices in content creation and distribution

Support the development and maintenance of brand voice and messaging across all content channels

What we’re looking for

Proven experience working as a content creator, copywriter or similar role within the advertising, media or publishing industry

Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse content creation skills across different formats and platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences

Proficiency in social media platforms and understanding of content distribution strategies

Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimisation techniques

Creative thinking with the ability to generate original ideas and execute them effectively

Experience with content management systems and basic graphic design tools

Strong research and analytical skills to understand audience insights and content performance

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

Familiarity with the real estate, property development or construction industry is advantageous

Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English or a related field is preferred
