Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Creative Marketing Officer to manage client accounts and support the development and execution of marketing campaigns.

You will coordinate with the creative team, prepare proposals, and track project progress while staying current with marketing trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, account management, or related role.
• Experience handling clients/accounts and coordinating projects is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with good project and time-management skills.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media/digital marketing platforms is an advantage.

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with clients and accounts.
• Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations and coordinate them with the creative team.
• Assist in developing and executing creative marketing campaigns, concepts, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, revisions, and client approvals.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials as needed.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business or additional services.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay updated on current marketing, creative, and social media trends.

About you
