The Creative Marketing Associate is primarily responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of brand events, creating visually engaging content for social media and other platforms, and ensuring all marketing output is aligned with the global and local brand identity. They will work closely with, and report directly to the Portfolio Marketing Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Events & Activations
- Execute small activations that still feel premium and craft narratives that position the brand with intent, turning ideas into organized, on-time execution.
Design & Content Creation
- Create marketing materials such as event invites, posters, digital banners, and social media content using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent.
- Support in maintaining an aesthetic and cohesive brand presence across platforms.
- Adapt global materials for local relevance while keeping brand integrity intact.
Social Media & Community Engagement
- Manage brand relationships that drive meaningful coverage, while translating brand identity into clean, compelling visuals.
- Assist in basic copywriting for captions and marketing collaterals, keeping the tone aligned with % Arabica's voice.
- Monitor trends and share relevant content ideas for community building.
Internal Coordination & Reporting
- Regularly report progress, design drafts, and activation plans to the Brand Manager.
- Ensure all deliverables are in sync with the brand calendar and marketing timelines.
- Help manage files, photo archives, and content libraries.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong interest in marketing, content, coffee, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience in marketing, events, or design (coffee or lifestyle brand experience is a plus)
- Strong proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, familiar with social media platforms and content trends.
- Able to multitask under tight timelines
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Passion for coffee, lifestyle, and brand storytelling is a big advantage
- Photography or videography skills
- Experience in food & beverage, retail, or hospitality marketing
- Familiarity with % Arabica as a brand
- Willingness to work on-site, BGC Taguig City
