JOB DESCRIPTION

As aCreative Graphic Designer, your focus will be creating visually captivating advertisements and marketing collateral while ensuring our corporate clients' brand guidelines are respected. Working closely with our print production teams, you'll optimize designs for quality and precision. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure accurate, polished, and error-free artwork that meets client expectations.

You’ll be working with our exceptional team, known for its"Can Do" attitude, to deliver artwork tailored to Australia's leading real estate agencies. Your ability to collaborate effectively, work under tight deadlines, and maintain a strong understanding of brand importance will contribute to our high standard of service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and recreate visual elements for various products such as brochures, flyers, magazines, digital banners, outdoor advertising, and more.

• Drive the creative vision and execution of our clients' campaigns, ensuring the delivery of innovative and impactful advertising solutions

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines for corporate clients and ensure all designs adhere to the established guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with production teams to ensure designs are optimized for print and other media.

• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all designs, ensuring all designs are error-free.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new design techniques to continually improve the quality of designs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a senior/lead designer with corporate branding.

• Experience in designing for print, including knowledge of printing processes and requirements will be highly regarded.

• Expert knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.

• A strong portfolio showcasing design experience and expertise.

• Keen attention to detail with a dedication to producing polished designs.
