Job summary

Excel Australasia is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative projects across marketing materials, product design, branding, print, digital, and signage. You’ll guide junior designers, collaborate with account managers and production teams, and ensure brand consistency and production readiness.

Responsibilities include developing concepts, producing production-ready artwork, and maintaining design systems while upholding quality and visual integrity across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Proven senior-level graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience creating marketing materials, product designs, and branded assets.
• Strong knowledge of pre-press and print production.
• Excellent typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through final production.
• Develop concepts and artwork for marketing materials, product designs, packaging, catalogs, flyers, posters, digital assets, and signage.
• Create production-ready artwork and maintain branded systems.
• Prepare and preflight print-ready artwork and review proofs for accuracy and production readiness.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Production teams to resolve issues and ensure quality.
