Job summary

Chempro is seeking an Internal Graphic Designer to join our Manila team. You will transform information into clear, polished internal communications, presentations and workplace materials, aligning with our brand while working with Australian Head Office.

You will design a range of internal materials, infographics and training assets, collaborate across departments, and ensure consistency across PowerPoint templates and branding guidelines.

Qualifications

About the role

Chempro is looking for a creative and highly organised Internal Graphic Designer to join our Manila-based team. This role will focus primarily on supporting internal business communications and corporate design requirements. Working closely with our Australian Head Office and Manila teams, you will help ensure internal documents, presentations, communications and workplace materials are professional, engaging and consistent with our brand. This is a great opportunity for a designer who enjoys taking information and turning it into clear, polished and visually engaging communications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and support a range of internal materials, including internal PowerPoint presentations and presentation templates
• Create company updates and internal communications
• Design internal documents, guides, manuals and information packs
• Develop induction and training materials
• Design policies, procedures and process documents
• Create internal newsletters and team communications
• Produce event presentations, artwork and supporting materials
• Design conference and corporate event collateralCreate Head Office and Manila office signage and internal branding
• Develop organisational charts, infographics and visual process guides

About you

• Previous experience in graphic design, ideally within a corporate or internal communications environment
• Excellent skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and ability to create professional presentations from both briefs and existing content
• Confident working with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong document layout and formatting skills
• Ability to take complex or text-heavy information and make it visually clear and easy to understand
• Strong eye for typography, spacing, hierarchy and brand consistency
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines
• Comfortable receiving briefs and feedback from multiple departments
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
