Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Admin – Creative & Content to support the development and execution of digital, social media, email, and print marketing materials.

You will work from a creative brief and independently drive the creative and production process to completion. The role covers content across social platforms, emails, blogs, and physical collateral, ensuring outputs are on-brand, professional, and delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating digital marketing content across social, email, blogs, and print.
• Proven ability to manage multiple creative requests from brief through delivery.
• Strong attention to detail and brand-aligned production.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Coordinate and produce short-form video content and reels.
• Edit reels and video content for publication across channels.
• Design and format email campaigns and newsletters with clear presentation.
• Create artwork for flyers, brochures, in-store signage, and other materials.
• Review briefs and independently determine creative approach and production requirements.
• Coordinate multiple requests and prioritise deliverables to deadlines.
