Job summary

Excore Inc seeks a creative, hands-on Communications & Content Manager to turn ideas into engaging content across channels in Manila. You will manage day-to-day communications while supporting digital campaigns, brand rollout, and audience engagement.

This role blends strategy and execution—writing emails and social posts, creating graphics, photos, videos, and campaigns. The ideal candidate will drive brand consistency and performance across platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, content creation, or related field.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proven experience managing social media, email marketing, and digital content.
• Strong visual and creative skills.
• Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic photography and video production/editing skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience working with CRM and CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with digital analytics and performance reporting.
• HubSpot experience is an advantage.
• Experience in nonprofit, community, education, or related organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, design, and produce content for email, social media, websites, print materials, photography, video, and reels.
• Develop compelling stories that highlight programs, community, and impact.
• Create engaging and consistent content across different platforms and audiences.
• Manage social media channels, email marketing, website content, and digital campaigns.
• Maintain and manage the editorial/content calendar.
• Monitor digital performance and use analytics to improve content and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to grow online reach and audience engagement.
• Support the implementation of refreshed brand across communications and marketing materials.
• Ensure content and visuals align with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for website and creative projects.
• Develop audience segmentation strategies and maintain CRM data.
