Job summary

Enable PH is seeking a dynamic Content Marketing Supervisor to lead the content strategy across multiple brands and manage a vibrant in-house team in Mandaluyong. You will develop and execute engaging campaigns across Google, social media, and websites, ensuring alignment with brand KPIs.

The role requires a 4-year degree and a proven track record in managing large teams, with a strong portfolio and storytelling skills. On-site work five days a week in Mandaluyong is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant marketing experience preferred.
• Experience managing large teams and complex campaigns.
• Proven ability to develop engaging content strategies across platforms.
• Strong storytelling and creative capabilities with a curated portfolio.
• Solid understanding of KPIs and content performance analytics.
• On-site work required in Mandaluyong, Philippines, 5 days a week.
• Proficiency with Adobe, Canva, CapCut and other editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Design & implement content strategies for company brands across Google, social media, and websites.
• Lead and develop a high-performing content marketing team.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Analyze content performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Identify trends, leverage influencers and KOLs to grow brand reach.
• Oversee reporting on content KPIs and drive improvements in processes.
• Attend events as needed and maintain a strong local market presence.
• Ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and KPIs.
