Asian Terminals Inc. (ATI) seeks a seasoned Crane Department Manager to oversee QC and RTG maintenance and shift management.

You will direct maintenance activities, ensure safety and high equipment availability, and drive fastest repair times aligned with ATI's asset management strategy across sites. Responsibilities include budget planning, coordinating with Planning and Materials Management, and ensuring timely repairs and proper documentation.

Formación

• Must be a licensed Mechanical or Electrical engineer.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Ship to Shore (STS) and Rubber Tyred Gantry (RTG) cranes, reliability, equipment maintenance and repair.
• Knowledgeable in PLC, motors and drives.
• Familiar with spare parts management.
• Demonstrates leadership skills.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee QC and RTG maintenance/repair activities and sustaining actions.
• Plan and control operating budget for equipment and activities.
• Ensure corrective actions from condition-based monitoring are completed promptly.
• Ensure inventory spare parts and workshop tools availability through planning and coordination.
• Delegate work orders, assign manpower, and monitor execution, including contractors.
• Coordinate with Planning on planned work orders and ensure preventive maintenance quality.
• Review completed work orders and record essential details in Mainpac.
• Provide technical advice and assistance as needed.
• Manage manpower availability through scheduling leaves.
• Evaluate defects and assess risk priority based on severity and likelihood of failure.
• Prioritize high-risk defects with Planning for timely resolution.
• Ensure manpower allocation to complete critical jobs as scheduled.
• Prepare requisitions for spare parts with technical specs from equipment manuals.
• Assist in standardizing stocking item naming conventions.
