Job summary

Asian Terminals Incorporated (ATI) is seeking a Shift Manager to organize and supervise the department's activities per shift, coordinating with ATI units to implement terminal operations procedures and systems. The role requires a four-year Business degree and 5-7 years in vessel loading, discharging and yard operations, with MS Office proficiency and willingness to work in shifts. You will ensure safety, accurate logs, and timely reporting while optimizing dock and container movements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day vessel and yard operations
• Coordinate berthing plans and DBOS/CFS work plans
• Inform Harbor Pilot of berth marks and vessel docking
• Ensure PPE compliance and safety procedures
• Review work programs with Planning Manager and adjust as needed
• Ensure manpower and equipment deployment per vessel and CFS
• Prepare timely, accurate reports
