Job summary

Asian Terminals Inc. (ATI) is seeking a Reliability Engineer to monitor equipment condition through periodic tests (oil analysis, thermographs, alignment checks, ultrasound, etc.) and maintain a database of results.

The role contributes to risk management plans that anticipate reliability-related risks affecting equipment operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering course.
• With at least 2-year experience as Reliability Engineer handling CBM Programs.
• Knowledgeable in Root Cause Analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System and other reliability tools.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Integrate preventive and predictive maintenance tasks identified through the PDCA cycle.
• Analyze results monthly and report on predictive maintenance activities and work orders.
• Maintain a database of predictive maintenance test results.
• Ensure condition monitoring outcomes inform the Engineering Risk Register.
• Collaborate with Process Engineer to drive process improvements through data analysis.
• Benchmark ATI processes against industry best practices to identify improvements.
• Provide monthly reports on Planned Maintenance benefits and challenges.

Job description

Monitors the condition of equipment through conducting periodical tests (oil analysis, thermographs, alignment measures, ultrasound, and others) and maintains a database of results.

Provides input into the risk management plan that will anticipate reliability-related and non-reliability-related risks that could adversely impact the equipment operations.

Key Accountabilities

• Integrate value-adding preventive and predictive maintenance tasks that is identified through the PDCA cycle of the equipment maintenance checklist
• Ensures and report effective implementation of predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems monthly through the analysis of results obtained & work order issuance
• Maintains a database and analyzes predictive maintenance test results
• Ensures that condition monitoring outcomes inform the Engineering Risk Register
• Works in tandem with the Process Engineer in driving the Process Improvements by supplying accurate and quality analysis of technical data.
• Compares ATI’s business process and performance metrics to industry bests or best practices from other industries
• Provide monthly reports of Planned Maintenance benefits and challenges.
