Job summary

The Flavor Studio Corp is seeking a Bartender to deliver excellent guest service and craft beverages in a fast-paced bar environment. You will take orders, upsell drinks and food, and ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable bar experience.

Responsibilities include bartending with proper techniques, handling payments, maintaining hygiene and bar setup, and assisting with restocking and teamwork to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational course in Food & Beverage Services.
• At least 6 months to 1 year experience in bar, restaurant, or food service operations.
• Food Safety and Sanitation Certificate.
• Bartending NC II is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Provide excellent customer service, recommend and upsell drinks/food, take orders, and ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
• Bartending & Operations: Prepare and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, follow proper bartending techniques, and accurately handle guest orders and payments.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, food safety, and proper bar setup, including glassware, utensils, counters, and tables.
• Inventory & Teamwork: Assist with restocking, monitor supplies and equipment, report issues, follow SOPs, and support the team with other operational tasks as needed.
