This role is also responsible to provide an exceptional guest experience by crafting drinks to order, offering recommendations, and maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming bar environment.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation and Service

  • Mix and serve classic and signature cocktails, beer, and wine.

  • Stay up to date with beverage trends, seasonal cocktails, and new techniques.

  • Educate guests on drink options, including ingredients, taste profiles, and pairings.

• Guest Service and Hospitality

  • Create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere where all patrons feel comfortable and valued.

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in and responding to any additional needs.

  • Handle guest concerns and feedback in a positive, solution-focused manner.

• Cleanliness and Safety

  • Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the bar area.

  • Clean and restock glassware, tools, garnishes, and prep stations continuously throughout shifts.

  • Ensure safe handling and disposal of broken glass and other hazards.

  • Monitor and regulate alcohol consumption for guest safety and legal compliance.
