Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Greet customers, take drink and food orders, and provide recommendations.
• Verify customer and comply with alcohol service laws and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and workstations.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies.
• Monitor customer behavior and refuse service to intoxicated guests when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure excellent service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory and cleaning.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
