Job summary

Western Digital Corp. in the Philippines (Laguna/Binan City area) seeks a General Ledger and Financial Reporting Accountant (CPA) to handle statutory reporting, PEZA compliance, audits, and closing activities.

You will manage journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analytics while supporting PEZA registrations and finance projects in a hybrid work environment. Required: CPA with at least 5 years in accounting/auditing, and hands-on experience with Oracle or SAP.

Qualifications

• CPA required with 5+ years in accounting/auditing.
• Knowledge of Philippine statutory reporting and PEZA preferred.
• Experience with IFRS/US GAAP and ERP systems like Oracle or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain local statutory financial reporting and PEZA compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules.
• Process journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes with analytics.
• Assist PEZA registrations and finance projects; drive process improvement.
