Job summary

Western Digital Corporation is seeking a General Ledger and Financial Reporting Accountant (CPA) in a hybrid role in the Philippines. The role covers statutory reporting, PEZA compliance, audits, journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly/year-end close activities.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Accountancy, CPA certification, and 5+ years of accounting or auditing experience. Experience with Oracle or SAP is required, with a preference for manufacturing exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy required.
• CPA is required.
• At least 5 years of work experience in accounting and/or auditing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Local statutory reporting via Secondary Ledger.
• Prepare PEZA-registered activity financial statements.
• Coordinate with external auditor and prepare audit adjustments and schedules.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Assist PEZA registrations and finance projects; drive process improvements.
