Job summary

Wildflour Bakery + Cafe Inc. in the Philippines seeks an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger. You will ensure accurate recording and timely reporting of financial data, while supporting audits and compliance with internal policies.

You will prepare financial statements, analyze trends for management, and perform bank reconciliations while collaborating with AR/AP teams using NetSuite and SAP ERP systems.

Qualifications

• CPA designation is required or in progress with passing records available.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in General Ledger function.
• Strong proficiency with financial systems and data analysis.
• Experience in creating financial statements and reports.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and reconcile key balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Prepare and analyze internal and external financial reports and provide insights on trends to aid management decision-making.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and support Accounts Receivable/Payable teams.
