Arcya Commercial Corporation in Manila is seeking a General Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations in a small, fast-moving team.

You will handle GL entries, AP/AR, bank reconciliations and assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual statements for a real estate-focused group of companies.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accountancy, CPA or CPA candidate status, 2–4 years of accounting experience, and strong Excel/ERP skills. This on-site role is in Malate.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
• 2–4 years of general accounting experience; real estate/PM/construction exposure is a plus
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, reporting standards and local tax regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Record daily general ledger transactions, including journal entries, accruals and adjustments
• Prepare and post accounts payable and accounts receivable; match invoices, POs and receipts
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and cash handling
• Reconcile sub-ledgers to the general ledger and assist with financial statements
• Monitor rental income, tenant billings and property-related transactions
• Assist with tax filings and regulatory reporting
• Support month-end and year-end close and provide audit-ready schedules
