Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Quezon City is seeking an experienced accounting professional to maintain general ledger, perform bank reconciliations, and manage payables.

You will assist treasury, monitor cash, and prepare standard financial statements while supporting audits in a real estate environment.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in accounting, with a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA optional).
• At least 2 years in accounting/finance roles with general ledger, reconciliations, and payables experience.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation, invoice processing, and basic treasury functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate variances to ensure accurate records.
• Process invoices, verify documents, and record payables timely.
• Assist in treasury functions including cash monitoring, payment processing, and liquidity tracking.
• Prepare standard financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, expense summaries) and support audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate variances to ensure accurate financial records.
• Process invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely and accurate recording of payables.
• Assist in treasury functions, including cash monitoring, payment processing, and liquidity tracking.
• Prepare standard financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and expense summaries, and support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or non-CPA welcome).
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably handling general ledger, reconciliations, and payables.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation, invoice processing, and basic treasury functions.
• Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
