Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a Finance Supervisor to lead financial operations, FP&A, statutory accounting, and tax compliance across local and international units. You willpartner with executives and operational leads to drive profitability, cash flow, and internal controls in a fast-paced BPO/shared services setting.

The role requires CPA licensure, a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance, and at least 5 years of finance experience including 2 years in supervision.

Qualifikationen

• CPA license is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• At least 5 years in finance and accounting, with 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role in BPO/shared services/IT-BPM.
• Deep knowledge of PEZA/BOI tax regulations, transfer pricing, US GAAP/IFRS, and multi-currency accounting.
• Proficiency with enterprise ERP systems and strong financial controls.

Aufgaben

• Lead month-end and year-end closes and ensure timely, accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) per PFRS/IFRS and US GAAP.
• Oversee AP, AR, fixed assets, payroll accounting, and GL reconciliations.
• Ensure statutory compliance with local regulators and coordinate with auditors.
• Drive annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning across units.
• Perform seat-cost analysis, profitability reviews by client/account, and variance analyses.
• Collaborate with Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Account Management to forecast headcount, labor costs, margins, and KPIs.
• Oversee treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, working capital, and FX exposure.
• Manage client billing, revenue recognition, pass-through expenses, SLA penalties/incentives, and collections.
• Design and maintain internal control frameworks (SOX, ICFR) to mitigate risk and fraud.
• Mentor and develop a team of accounting supervisors and analysts.
