Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in Metro Manila (Parañaque) is seeking a CPA with at least 3 years of GL accounting experience to lead closing, reporting, and intercompany reconciliations. The role involves preparing accruals, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate is proficient in SAP, MS Office, and budgeting/forecasting, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Major role in month end/quarterly/year end closing and reporting, preparation and review of adjustments and journal to general ledger books.
• Prepares monthly expense accruals for assigned division/s. Review and analyze monthly expense variance vs BUD/LE.
• In-charge of verification and recording of intercompany transactions, reconciling monthly statements and balances with respective related party.
• Extraction and submission of Delivery Expense Report for Transport review for accrual purposes.
• Review and verify proper documentation in compliance with accounting and company policies.
• Prepares budget/LE of HO allocated expenses and Interco transactions (i.e. Insurance, Utilities, Maintenance, Rentals, Depreciation, etc.).
