Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Must be a CPA with minimum 5 years in accounting, preferably in a lead/supervisory role.
• SAP experience is required.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring transactions are accurately reviewed and recorded in the accounting system.
• Prepare accurate and timely management reports and support the preparation of monthly and year-end financial reports.
• Monitor the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial records and accounting transactions.
• Ensure the timely payment and filing of mandatory government taxes, remittances, and other statutory requirements.
• Review accounting processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide the required financial documents and information during audits.
• Provide guidance and support to accounting staff and help ensure that accounting activities are completed within required deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management.
