Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards and taxation.
• Experience in tax compliance and government reporting (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Background in construction, hardware, or real estate industry is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and lead a team.

Aufgaben

• Supervise daily accounting operations including AR, AP, and General Accounting.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor and review Sales Invoices, Official Receipts, Acknowledgment Receipts, and Collection Reports.
• Oversee supplier and contractor payment processing.
• Review employee reimbursements and payment vouchers.
• Prepare Statements of Account and collection letters.
• Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, tax filings, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist during internal and external audits.
• Implement and improve accounting systems and internal controls.
• Mentor, train, and guide accounting staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
