Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• 5-8 years accounting experience (at least 3 years in manufacturing).
• Strong background in cost accounting and inventory accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and BIR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing process.
• Prepare accurate financial statements (BS, IS, CF).
• Ensure compliance with PFRS and Philippine tax regulations.
• Review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Supervise accounting staff and review reconciliations.
• Monitor raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory.
• Compute standard cost and actual production variances.
• Maintain bill of materials (BOM) accuracy.
• Conduct inventory costing and periodic physical inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare COGM and COGS reports.
• Ensure proper inventory valuation (FIFO/WAvg).
