The candidate will handle payables/receivables, bank reconciliations, and journal entries while supporting budgeting, cash flow, and financial analysis. Experience with BIR regulations and accounting software is preferred.
About the role
We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and maintain compliance with tax and government regulations.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial reports.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
Monitor company expenses, collections, and cash transactions.
Prepare and file BIR and other government reports and requirements.
Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow monitoring.
Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies when needed.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Accounting.
Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Experience in general accounting, taxation, and financial reporting preferred.
Knowledge of Philippine accounting and BIR regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
