Job summary

DHL Express in the Philippines is seeking an experienced delivery driver to sort, deliver, and pick up shipments along a specific courier route. You will meet delivery targets, handle cash transactions, and maintain vehicle safety while providing professional service.

The role requires 1–3+ years in delivery/logistics, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with scanning devices and delivery paperwork. Excellent customer service is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years’ experience in delivery, logistics, transportation, or courier services.
• Valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction codes depending on vehicle type: motorcycle, van, or truck).
• Experience in parcel handling, loading/unloading, and delivery operations.
• Familiarity with scanning devices, waybills, and delivery documentation.
• Basic knowledge of customer service and handling client interactions professionally.

Responsibilities

• Sort, deliver and pick up shipments for a specific courier route, efficiently and professionally.
• Meet RDD and PU targets; ensure PUs are uplifted as per RFU with no misses.
• Attend to customer needs in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Electronically record all shipment activities via a scanner (or manually as required).
• Ensure safe handling, security, and integrity of shipments in transit.
• Communicate with Dispatch/CS when changes are needed and use initiative to meet needs.
• Ensure all cash transactions from delivery or collection are properly recorded.
• Reconcile non-delivered shipments and prioritize them for the next delivery cycle.
• Maintain allocated vehicle in good working order.

Your Task:

• Sort, deliver and pick up shipments for a specific courier route, in the most efficient and cost-productive manner, whilst providing a professional inter-face and image to customers and the public
• Shipment Delivery is to meet RDD and PU are uplifted as per RFU and no miss PU.
• Always attend to customer need in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.

• Ensure safe handling, security, and integrity of all shipments while in transit

What you bring?
