Job summary

DHL Express Philippines is seeking a driver to sort, deliver and pick up shipments along a defined courier route. You will present a professional interface to customers and the public while ensuring on-time performance and safety.

You will record activities via scanner, handle cash transactions, coordinate with Dispatch and CS, and maintain vehicle readiness for subsequent cycles. The role requires 1–3+ years in delivery or logistics and a valid license.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in delivery or logistics operations.
• Valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction codes depending on vehicle type).
• Experience in parcel handling, loading/unloading, and delivery operations.
• Familiarity with scanning devices, waybills, and delivery documentation.
• Basic knowledge of customer service and handling client interactions professionally.

Responsibilities

• Sort, deliver and pick up shipments for a specific courier route.
• Meet RDD and PU targets to ensure timely delivery.
• Attend to customer needs in a professional, friendly manner.
• Record through scanner (or manually) all shipment activities.
• Ensure safe handling, security, and integrity of all shipments in transit.
• Communicate with Dispatch/CS for changes and use initiative to meet needs.
• Process cash transactions related to delivery or collection.
• Reconcile non-delivered shipments for next delivery cycle priority.
• Maintain allocated vehicle in good condition.
