Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Design and Construction Project Manager in the Philippines to lead major design and construction initiatives. You will own the full lifecycle from planning to handover, develop scopes, budgets, and schedules, and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

The role requires deep technical understanding, budgeting acumen, and strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of PM experience on large-scale technical or facility builds.
• Strong design, construction, and operational understanding for high‑reliability environments.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls for capital projects.
• Regulatory navigation, permitting, and risk mitigation across the lifecycle.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management degree; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of design and construction projects from planning to handover.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans aligned with objectives.
• Oversee technical execution, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.
• Monitor progress, risks, and financial performance with mitigations as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Design and Construction Project Manager should have:

• Brings at least 10 years of project management experience handling complex, large‑scale technical or facility build projects.
• Strong technical understanding of design, construction, and operational requirements for high‑reliability environments.
• Proven capability in budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and managing capital‑intensive projects.
• Skilled in regulatory navigation, compliance, permitting, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Holds a relevant degree (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management) with PMP certification as a plus.
