Job summary

Delta Electronics Southeast Asia & Oceania in Manila seeks a decisive Country Services Manager to lead our Data Center and Telecom power services portfolio from the Philippines site.

You will oversee end-to-end service delivery, client relationships, and contract management, focusing on profitability, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction while driving continuous lifecycle maintenance.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in project delivery or service operations in Data Center, Power, or Telecom industries, with at least 5 years in a managerial or customer-facing leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage service pricing, contract negotiations, and proposal preparation.
• Strong P&L, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
• In-depth understanding of UPS, LV/MV systems, cooling, and power infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Governance: Direct country service operations, ensuring compliance with policies, HSE, and quality standards; align local execution with regional strategy.
• Project Delivery & Operations: Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Center and telecom power projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage budget adherence and profitability.
• Client Engagement & Lifecycle Services: Maintain SLA/KPI compliance, manage warranty/RMA, and negotiate renewals for long-term customer retention.
• Team Development & Culture: Lead and scale a multi-disciplinary service team; establish performance metrics and a culture of accountability and safety.
