Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
PMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of project/program management experience, ideally multi-country.
Experience delivering large digital enterprise programs in financial services.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Mastercard Offers Network project in country.
Develop local project timelines, action plans, and milestones.
Ensure cross-functional alignment and timely execution across workstreams.
Act as primary liaison among country teams and regional product teams.
Facilitate communication across internal and external stakeholders.
Organize and lead local Steering Committee meetings.
Coordinate market assessments and align with GTM strategies.
Execute commercialization and end-to-end local program management.
Drive ecosystem development across market; monitor program impacts.
Lead country operational planning, execution, and follow-up.
Monitor performance with KPIs aligned to Regional Program lead.
Identify and secure partnerships to accelerate GTM.
