Job summary

Advance Wealth, the newest venture of Advance Intelligence Group, seeks a Country CEO for the Philippines to own country P&L, growth, operations and compliance, reporting to the Wealth CEO. You will be the founding leader in-country, balancing country autonomy with Group alignment, and will shape anchor products that resonate locally, while driving modernization and digital-first experiences.

Qualifications

Education & background: Graduate degree in business/finance or related field.
Leadership track record with 5+ years in management leading cross-functional teams.
Commercial & operational expertise: P&L, daily BAU, and operational controls in fintech/securities.

Responsibilities

Formulate and present the country AOP to Group with goals, strategies and headcount.
Oversee day-to-day operations; file monthly/quarterly reports to Group on Capital, Business, Compliance, Risk, HR.
Lead a small cross-functional country team (BD/Partnerships, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Customer Service).
Drive country P&L, growth, CAC optimization, and product performance (AUM, ARPU).
Local app roadmap and go-to-market, plus local marketing campaigns with Group Marketing.
Ensure regulatory compliance with local authorities and Group standards.
