Advance Wealth, the newest venture of Advance Intelligence Group, seeks a Country CEO for the Philippines to own country P&L, growth, operations, and compliance, and to bring strategic, on-the-ground insight into local customers, markets, and partners—balancing country autonomy with Group alignment.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a securities company, brokerage, or related financial services.
• At least 5 years in retail financial services.
• Proven ability to lead and scale cross‑functional teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L, daily BAU, and operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and present the country AOP to Group (goals, strategies, org structure, capital plan, capex/opex, headcount).
• Manage day-to-day operations; submit monthly/quarterly reports to the group covering Capital, Business, Compliance, Risk, HR.
• Escalate material developments/events and coordinate resolutions with Group.
• Drive in-country growth: acquisition, revenue, expense, and product performance goals.
• Identify, validate, and scale anchor products for local adoption; ensure local app roadmap is delivered.
• Lead in-country product roadmap, launches, and go-to-market; build partnerships with financial product suppliers and tech vendors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management; build a cross-functional country team.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a small cross-functional country team; foster a customer-obsessed culture.
