Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Costing & Quotations Specialist in the Philippines. The role focuses on managing RFQ activities, costing analysis, and coordinating with Sales, Sourcing, Engineering and Manufacturing to prepare accurate, competitive quotations.

Responsibilities include reviewing BOMs, drawings, pricing and supplier quotes, and driving cost reduction opportunities while maintaining thorough records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience in product costing, quotation/RFQ, and supplier evaluation.
Understanding of manufacturing cost structures including material and labour costs.
Ability to coordinate costing with Sales, Sourcing, Engineering and Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Manage RFQ activities and prepare competitive quotations within deadlines.
Review customer requirements, BOM, drawings and specs for accurate costing.
Analyze costs across materials, labour, tooling, packaging and logistics.
Review supplier quotations based on price, quantities and lead times.
Analyze selling prices, margins and volumes to support profitable quotes.
Coordinate costing data with cross-functional teams.
Support quotations for new products and prototypes.
Identify cost drivers and drive cost reductions via alternative materials/processes.
Maintain accurate quotation records and costing assumptions.
Support continuous improvement and automation to improve quoting accuracy and turnaround time.
