Job summary

Santeh Feeds Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Costing Analyst to join our Finance Team in Timog Avenue, Quezon City. The role focuses on monitoring and analyzing product costs, inventory valuation, and production expenses to support accurate financial reporting and cost control.

You will contribute to cost analysis, budgeting, and management recommendations that drive operational efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• At least one year of costing, cost accounting, financial analysis, or related experience; food manufacturing experience is a plus.
• CPA designation is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of costing principles, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Odoo is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and ability to work independently and in a team.

Costing Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Costing Analyst to join our Finance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing product costs, inventory valuation, and production expenses to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective cost control. This role plays a key part in supporting management through cost analysis, budgeting, and recommendations that improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.

• At least one (1) year of hands‑on experience in costing, cost accounting, financial analysis, or a related function, preferably within the food manufacturing, FMCG, or production industry. Experience in seafood processing is an advantage.

• CPA designation is preferred but not required.

• Strong knowledge of costing principles, inventory management, and financial reporting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience using ERP or accounting systems, such as Odoo or similar platforms, is an advantage.

• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
