Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation, a subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, is seeking a Financial Analyst (Product Costing) to manage costing, budgeting, and financial reporting within the supply chain. The role requires collaboration with manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure accurate product costs and profitability insights.

Responsibilities include variance analysis, data gathering for FP&A, and supporting month-end closes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related fields.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor.
• With at least 6 months of experience in Product Costing from Manufacturing and Logistics industries.
• With at least 6 months of experience in Profit & Loss Management or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Must be willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna (Hybrid).

Job description

The Financial Analyst (Product Costing) is responsible for financial, balance sheet, account review and variance analysis, standard costing and transfer pricing, budgeting and forecasting, financial advisory, and compliance to company policies and government regulation.

Profitability Management

• Reviews significant variances on major profit & loss and balance sheet accounts.
• Gather and maintain actual data of manpower cost, and operations provisions (e.g. manhours and headcount, operating supplies, rate)
• Participate in cross-functional projects within Supply Chain and provide insights on financial impact.
• Gathers, validates, and processes data using financial analysis tools

Financial Management, Reporting, and Budgeting

• Gathers, organizes, and maintains historical data related to budget preparation and identify one time off and recurring transactions
• Define month-end financial closing issues
• Gathers and maintains current and historical financial data needed in the preparation of financial reports.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related fields.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountants or Certified Internal Auditor.
• With at least 6 months of experience in Product Costing from Manufacturing and Logistics industries.
• With at least 6 months of experience in Profit & Loss Management or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Must be willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna (Hybrid)
