Qualifications

• CPA and a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field are required.
• At least two years of experience in product costing, profitability analysis, management reporting, or business performance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, product costing, gross margin, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and ERP experience are advantages.
• Strong analytical, investigative, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, FMCG, agriculture, or distribution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze P&L results and explain major movements in revenue, gross margin, expenses, and profitability.
• Validate financial results against sales, production, inventory, purchasing, and logistics data.
• Forecast product costs based on raw materials, volume, yield, labor, utilities, logistics, and other cost drivers.
• Monitor gross margins by product, SKU, customer, channel, and business unit.
• Compare forecasted, standard, and actual costs and investigate significant variances.
• Identify loss-making areas, margin erosion, cost leakages, wastage, and operational inefficiencies.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses for changes in costs, prices, volume, and product mix.
• Recommend actions to reduce costs, improve margins, and strengthen operational efficiency.
• Develop performance dashboards, forecasts, scorecards, and management reports.
• Track the results and benefits of approved improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and BI data teams.
