Metro Retail Stores Group, Inc. is seeking a Quantity Estimator and Cost Control Officer to evaluate project drawings, prepare cost estimates and budgets, and monitor changes to keep projects within budget while delivering value to clients. The role requires civil/MEP construction knowledge and strong cost control capabilities.

The successful candidate will manage costs from initial estimates to final accounts across architectural, civil, and retail construction projects in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/industrial engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Experience in cost estimating and budgeting.
• Retail experience and knowledge in sourcing and purchasing is a plus.
• Experience with both architectural/civil and MEP construction.
• Working knowledge of MEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects.
• Track design/construction changes and assess impact on cost; adjust budgets accordingly.
• Ensure projects are financially viable and delivered within budget to maximize client value.
• Manage costs from initial estimates to final accounts across all project phases.
