The Canadian Kitchen Company, Incorporated is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Metro Manila. You will manage project costs, prepare accurate estimates, and ensure construction works are delivered within budget while upholding quality and efficiency.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, 1–2 years of experience in quantity surveying, proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing standards.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimating software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; high attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQ, and tender documents
• Manage project budgets and monitor cost variations
• Assist in contract administration, including progress billing and variation orders
• Provide cost reports and forecasting updates to management
