Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a skilled Cost Engineer to join our team. You will oversee the project cycle from design through renovation of Motortrade branches nationwide, ensuring accurate cost estimates and schedules.

The role requires a Civil Engineering license, 2+ years in civil/construction, budgeting and fieldwork. You will collaborate with project teams to uphold engineering standards and manage contractor negotiations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Professional License in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in civil/construction.
• 1–4 years specializing in Civil/Construction/Structural engineering.
• Able to prepare accurate cost estimates and schedules.
• Proficient in budgeting, planning and monitoring of investment projects.
• Comfortable negotiating and discussing cost information with contractors.
• Willing to perform fieldwork when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project cycle: design, development, construction, maintenance, and renovation of all Motortrade branches nationwide.
• Prepare and review technical construction guidelines.
• Review proposed changes for alignment with engineering standards, policies, and project details.
• Coordinate project activities with superiors and the construction team.
• File and maintain construction documents for each project.
• Ensure all projects comply with engineering standards and best practices.
