Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation seeks a highly skilled Cost Engineer to manage costs and schedules across Motortrade branches nationwide, from design through construction, maintenance and renovation, ensuring alignment with engineering standards.

You will prepare accurate cost estimates and schedules, monitor budgets, and coordinate project activities with senior staff and contractors, with fieldwork as needed to support timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Must possess Professional License in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• 1-4 years of experience specializing in Civil/Construction/Structural engineering.
• Must be able to prepare accurate cost estimates and schedules.
• Proficient in budgeting, planning, and monitoring of investment projects.
• Willing to perform fieldwork when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project cycle, including design, development, construction, maintenance, and renovation of all Motortrade branches nationwide
• Prepares and reviews technical construction guidelines
• Reviews and critiques proposed changes, ensuring they align with engineering standards, policies, and project details
• Coordinates project activities with superiors and the construction team
• Responsible for filing and maintaining construction documents for each project
• Ensures that all projects and development plans comply with engineering standards and best practices
