Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation, the Motortrade support group, seeks a skilled Cost Engineer to estimate costs and schedules for nationwide construction, maintenance, and renovation of Motortrade branches, ensuring alignment with engineering standards.

You will work with project teams to prepare guidelines, review changes, coordinate activities, and maintain construction documents throughout the project lifecycle, including fieldwork as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a professional civil engineering license.
• 2+ years of working experience in the related field
• 1-4 years of experience specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural
• Must be able to prepare accurate cost estimates and schedules
• Proficient in budgeting, planning, and monitoring of investment projects
• Comfortable negotiating and discussing cost information with contractors
• Willing to perform fieldwork when necessary

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project cycle, including design, development, construction, maintenance, and renovation of all Motortrade branches nationwide
• Prepares and reviews technical construction guidelines
• Reviews and critiques proposed changes, ensuring they align with engineering standards, policies, and project details
• Coordinates project activities with superiors and the construction team
• Responsible for filing and maintaining construction documents for each project
• Ensures that all projects and development plans comply with engineering standards and best practices
