Millennium Properties and Brokerage Incorporated is seeking an accountable cost accountant to manage receiving, storing, and cost accounting in our Pasig office. You will monitor supplier invoices, verify against purchase orders, and perform regular inventory and cost reconciliations while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, costing, and inventory systems.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment with focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and service excellence.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Can start immediately.

Responsabilités

• Monitor regularly all supplier invoices and counter check all details indicated in the purchase order
• Conduct regular and spot-check on all kitchen, restaurant and bar items including soon to expire items
• Prepare reports on a regular basis as required by management
• In-charge with monthly inventory and cost reconciliation
• Ensure all Standard Operating Policies and Procedures are performed in all interactions
• Maintain an efficient, organized work space that encourages productivity
