Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Cost Control Executive in the Philippines to optimize financial operations across storerooms and receiving, while promoting the light and warmth of hospitality. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments to minimize food, beverage, and supply expenses and support safe, efficient hotel operations.

The role requires a commerce/accounting background with professional qualifications, strong English communication, and proficiency in hotel systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Management, or related field; certified in Finance/Accounting.
• Professional accounting qualification preferred.
• Previous managerial operational accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Risk & Safety Management: promote safe work practices to reduce accidents and costs.
• Credit & Financial Oversight: conduct credit investigations, manage receivables, and recover non-performing accounts.
• Team Collaboration: build relationships with clients and partners to support operations.
• Time & Document Management: maintain records and filing systems efficiently.
• Operational Excellence: process sundry payments and ensure accurate credit entries.

You'll collaborate with key departments to streamline financial operations, manage cost control across storerooms and receiving, and help minimize food, beverage, and supply expenses. As a Cost Control Executive, you're not just supporting the hotel's financial operations – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Risk & Safety Management: Promote safe work practices to reduce accidents and workers compensation costs; ensure hazard-free environments.
• Credit & Financial Oversight: Conduct credit investigations, manage receivables, and ensure timely recovery or cancellation of non-performing accounts.
• Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients and partners—wholesalers, travel agents, airlines, and more to support smooth operations.
• Time & Document Management: Maintain accurate records, ensure timely credit application updates, and manage filing systems efficiently.
• Operational Excellence: Process sundry payments, ensure accurate credit entries, and support any additional duties to keep hotel operations running smoothly.

In Addition, This Role Requires The Following Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Management, or related field; certified in Finance/Accounting
• Professional accounting qualification preferred
• Previous experience in a managerial operational accounting role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in written and spoken English to meet business needs.
• Good communication skills with clients.
• Possess systems skills in OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/ OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK.
