Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Cost Analyst to analyze and report cost data to support decision-making and cost control. You will work with operations, finance, and procurement to identify cost drivers, monitor variances, and allocate costs accurately across products and departments.

You will develop and monitor production budgets, run variance analyses, and support audits while leveraging ERP systems to generate actionable financial insights for profitability improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Licensed CPA or CMA preferred.
• Must have 3–5 years experience in cost accounting or financial analysis, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive analysis and reporting of manufacturing costs to identify variances, cost drivers, and trends.
• Supports development, monitoring, and variance analysis of production budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to identify cost-saving initiatives and conduct cost-benefit analyses for improvements and capital investments.
• Analyses inventory costs and usage, supports physical inventory processes, and assists in depreciation management.
• Ensures adherence to regulations and internal policies, supporting audits related to cost accounting.
