Job summary

The Cost Analyst (Cost Engineer) at CLC Marketing Ventures Corp is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate product costings, including BOMs and standard cost models, to support budgeting, forecasting, and management decisions.

You will analyze materials, labor, and overhead costs, monitor variances, prepare cost reports, and work with R&D, Production, Procurement, and QA teams to drive cost efficiencies while ensuring quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years in cost accounting or cost engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience with BOM, standard costing, and variance analysis.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP/manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product costs, BOMs, and standard costs to support budgets and decisions.
• Prepare cost reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
• Identify cost savings through process improvements and efficiency.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Procurement, and QA teams.
