Job summary

Greenplus Corporation in Laguna, Calamba, is seeking a QA/QC Analyst/Inspector to perform physicochemical and microbiological analyses for Food Supplement, Cosmetics, and related materials, including incoming raw materials, packaging, in-line, FG, R&D, and stability samples.

The role acts as technical counterpart to QA in Production Run Validation and ensures transfer of specifications to QA/QC, monitors stability studies, and coordinates third-party testing to maintain quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a science field related to food or cosmetics.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Food Manufacturing, preferably QA/QC Analyst or Inspector.
• Knowledgeable in physicochemical and microbiological analysis.
• Familiar with GLP, GMP, HACCP, ISO and Halal requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform physicochemical and microbiological analyses on incoming materials, in-process samples, finished goods, and R&D materials for Food Supplement and Cosmetics divisions.
• Serve as technical counterpart to QA Supervisor in Production Run Validation.
• Assist in transfer of approved specifications to QA/QC after production validation.
• Monitor stability/shelf-life studies and retention sample program; manage sample status and documentation.
• Coordinate third-party laboratory testing: sample prep, testing, results review, and filing of reports.
