Job summary

RABG Trading Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Business Development Associate to support growth of a cosmetics brand across O2O channels, retail, and e-commerce.

You will identify new opportunities, build retailer and partner relationships, and coordinate with Marketing, E-commerce, and Retail teams to align initiatives. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1–2 years in biz dev or sales, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, retail, or e-commerce.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working independently and in teams.
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Data-oriented mindset with ability to prepare reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support business development strategies to grow the cosmetic brand across O+O, retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels.
• Identify new retail, e-commerce, distribution, and partnership opportunities aligned with the brand’s target market.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, platforms, and potential brand partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail and other teams to align initiatives with brand objectives.
• Assist in developing partnership proposals, presentations, and commercial plans.
• Manage and maintain partner databases, contact lists, and pipelines.
• Communicate with prospective and existing partners to develop new business opportunities.
• Support key account management and ensure strong relationships with existing partners.
• Monitor beauty and market trends to identify opportunities for brand expansion.
• Assist in managing business development projects with timelines and deliverables.
